Come stay in our lovely two-bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor of a modern building with elevator in Geneva's sought-after Eaux-Vives area. With two patios, floor-to-ceiling windows, and treetop views, this bright and quiet residence is located only minutes from Lake Geneva and Plage des Eaux-Vives, and facing Parc de la Grange.

The apartment features:
• Spacious living room: Open floor plan with wooden floors and furnished with a generous sofa; a large dining room table that sits 6-8, a fireplace and bookshelves. The room opens onto a private balcony with a view of Jet d'Eaux and the Jura Mountains.
• Well-Equipped Kitchen: Contemporary kitchen with white cabinets, modern appliances, and convenient in-unit washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave.
• Modern Bathroom: Contemporary design with glass shower enclosure and quality finishes; second smaller guest bathroom in entryway.

The second bedroom serves as an office with two small work desks that may be adjusted according to sitting or standing preference; it also has a comfortable daybed suitable for a guest (or a child).
