Schöne 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Untermiete (1. 7. 26 bis 1.11.26)

Für unsere schöne 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Winterthur suchen wir für den Zeitraum von 4 Monaten einen Untermieter / eine Untermieterin.

Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert und eignet sich ideal für eine befristete Wohnlösung. Ein Bett ist nicht vorhanden.

Ein Aussenparkplatz ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

Wir würden uns über eine zuverlässige Person freuen, die sich in dieser Zeit auch ein wenig um unsere Pflanzen kümmern könnte.

For our beautiful 3.5-room apartment in Winterthur, we are looking for a subtenant for a period of 5 months.

The apartment is partly furnished and is ideal as a temporary living solution. Please note that no bed is provided.

An outdoor parking space is included in the rental price.

We would be happy to find a reliable person who would also be willing to take a little care of our plants during this time.
