I am offering my cozy 3-room apartment with 61 m² in beautiful Zurich, Kreis 9 for exchange. The rent is about 1550 CHF, a real bargain for the location and size ;) The apartment is flooded with light and has both a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher). The environment is very pleasantly quiet and you don't notice anything from Badenerstrasse.
Within 5 minutes you can walk to Lindenplatz (tram 2) & 10-15 minutes to Altstetten train station. Migros (MMM), Coop & some restaurants are also within walking distance and can be reached very easily and quickly, as well as the path into the countryside in the direction of Uetliberg or Schlieren.
Since I want to move in with my girlfriend, we are looking for an apartment of the same size to larger in a central location in Zurich (K1,3,4,5,6,9,10) & with a balcony
