Large central apartment in an old building in District 6, right next to ETH / University Hospital. On the 3rd floor with parquet flooring, ceilings with stucco, kitchen with dishwasher, a balcony and a large roof terrace for shared use. The rental price of 3500.- already includes the utilities. The rest of the residents are very nice and an uncomplicated, respectful interaction is maintained.

I feel very comfortable here, but after 7 years I feel like a change of scenery - so I am interested in either an apartment for me (from 2.5 rooms, 55sqm to approx. 2000 chf) or for a 2-person shared flat (from 3.5 rooms, 85sqm to 3000 chf or a little more if everything fits).
