I am moving to the USA after 4 years in this beautiful apartment, so my room will be available from 1 September 2026.

The apartment is spacious and bright, located on Rue de Lausanne 49, about 10 minutes from Renens train station and 25 min by foot to the university. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 huge terraces, and a cellar.

The room is around 20 m² and has direct access to the north terrace. It will come furnished, but the furniture belongs to me, so preference will be given to someone interested in buying/taking over the furniture.

You would live with two calm master/PhD students. The flat is ideal for a quiet, non-smoking student or young working professional.

Rent: CHF 1165/month, internet and utilities included, plus around CHF 15/month for electricity.
