We are subletting 1 furnished room to a female student starting 01.08.2026 and for approx. 12 months (as may be extended). The guest bathroom is shared with the other subtenant. Due to the partition wall between the guest rooms, soundproofing is not 100% effective. Central location near the "Kronenstrasse" tram stop (lines 50, 51, 17). Monthly rent CHF 960, including utilities and internet, but excluding a share of cleaning costs.
